In 2015 and 2016, the Large Hadron Collider provided proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV center-of-mass energy and achieved very high luminosity and reliablity. A selection of CMS results on the search for new Physics Beyond the Standard Model (BSM) is presented. Results are based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity up to about 36/fb recorded in proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV with the CMS detector at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN.
